This short clip was created as an opening introduction for the Synaesthesia by Kitchen Theory dining events which launched in London from Jan-June 2015 developed by our Chef Patron Jozef Youssef. In this video Professor Charles Spence, Head of the cross-modal lab at Oxford University and Director at Kitchen Theory not only introduces the dinner, but also tells us about some of the things we should consider of how our senses interact when we dine.
