In 2015 we worked with AEG as part of their 4 part documentary series entitled Tasteology to explore how we can take taste further. The documentary travels around the globe asking different experts what makes the ultimate taste experience. Episode 4 focuses on the topic of experience and features Chef Jozef Youssef and Professor Charles Spence.
