In May 2016 The Guardian newspaper worked with Kitchen Theory to develop a feature on Neuro Cuisine with GBBO star Tamal Ray, as part of their Brain Waves campaign, sponsored by SEAT, linking arts and the senses. This collaboration extended into articles, podcasts and series of exclusive Gastrophysics dinners for Guardian subscribers at the Andaz Hotel in London Liverpool Street.

As the Neuro Cuisine feature became one of the Guardian’s most popular of the sensory campaign, Kitchen Theory were then commissioned to host 200 guests at the Guardian UpFront event, hosted in October 2016 at Victoria House, Bloomsbury Square.
